These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Paper Posies.

Orders and delivery

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Paper Posies. We will deliver the goods to the location you specify in your order, within the agreed timeframe, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by us (phone or email) as soon as possible. Paper Posies offers delivery to the Coffs Harbour area for a flat rate fee. We will contact you to organise a time to deliver your order or leave them by your door if it is safe to do so. Local deliveries will take anywhere up to 7 days and delivery to rest of Australia will generally take between 7 - 10 days.

Returns and refunds

Paper Posies have an extremely strict quality control process. In the unlikely event of a faulty or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can then return the item to our warehouse for exchange. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and have no evidence of use.

Prices and Payment

All pricing information is displayed in AUD excluding GST. You can pay for your order using your credit card (via the PayPal payment page), or your PayPal account.

Your order details are safe and secure. All personal information provided to Paper Posies is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.

Products

All our products are provided to you in good condition having passed our strict quality control process.

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release Paper Posies in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Paper Posies may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Images and Graphics

Paper Posies aims to include up-to-date images and/or graphics of all of the goods on this web site. However, pictures of the goods may differ in colour from the actual goods. We recommend you read and follow the care instructions where applicable to ensure the longevity of our products.

Privacy

Paper Posies will comply with our Privacy Statement. We will not reveal your personal information to external organisations.
